It seems there are a million CRM applications to choose from. But no matter what you choose, they all seem to fall short in providing real insight into your sales data.

This isn't just a CRM application issue, and I'll go into the reasons and solutions in a future article, but we CAN gain amazing insights by visualizing the data ourselves.
